    Some people track their progress towards a goal. Do you think it is a good idea? Why? Why not?

    I think that track progress toward a goal is a great idea. People who do this achieve their goal more. They don’t lost a motivated, because they see progress and remember where they started. They can control what they changed and how difficult it was in the beginning. They can show off what they achievement
