Employees often feel valued, understood, and safe to share their concerns or aspirations. This nurturing environment can lead to higher morale, loyalty, and mutual trust, facilitating both personal and organizational growth.
In contrast, an unsupportive company culture might lack the mechanisms or intent to cater to the needs and aspirations of its employees. Feedback might be sparse or non-constructive, and individual concerns might go unaddressed.
