I think people want to be famous because of two things it might provide them. The first thing is Money. These days everyone desires money. And not only because you can buy a lot of stuff, but also sebaceous of a misconception, that being rich makes you happy. People are seeking happiness, and in their understanding, the best way of obtaining it, is getting rich.
The second thing that people find amazing in being rich, is that other people know you. If you are an actor, or a musician, you are in a constant spotlight. If someone sees you, they are probably gonna make a surprised face and shout with joy.

There are a number of reasons why people may be drawn to fame. Some people may be attracted to the attention and admiration that fame brings, while others may be motivated by the financial and professional opportunities that being famous can provide. Some people may also be drawn to fame because they feel that it gives them a platform to share their talents or ideas with a larger audience.

Fame can also offer a sense of validation and accomplishment, as it may be seen as a sign of success or recognition for one’s talents or efforts. Additionally, some people may be drawn to fame because they believe it can open doors to new experiences and opportunities that they may not have otherwise had access to.

It’s important to note that fame is not always positive, and it can come with its own set of challenges and drawbacks. The desire for fame can also be driven by a need for approval or acceptance, which can be unhealthy if it becomes an obsessive or all-consuming focus. (ChatGPT)
