Stricter traffic laws 4

First thing — it's not to blame drivers for everything. I mean, most of us are drivers, aren't we? Cars are just of modern life. They get us to work, they let people a business, they let us visit family who live miles . Take them away, and loads of towns and villages would basically be off. So treating every motorist like the problem? That doesn't sit right with me.
