The student — Megan, 21, second-year university
Honestly, I don't even know where to start. I've been down in the for weeks now and I can't seem to shake it off. Last month I sat my second-year exams and I was really hoping for a 2:1, but when the results came out, I just fell — by two marks, can you believe it? Two marks. I sat there staring at the screen and my sank. All those late nights in the library, the coffee, missing my friends' birthdays… and for what? My parents keep telling me it's not the end of the world, but I think they're just trying not to burst my any further. The worst part is I've started to feel completely with the whole degree. I used to love my subject. Now I open a textbook and feel nothing.
